1 Please review the questionnaire for any text that is not in your language.

Note: there are two versions of the questionnaire. One is designed for the younger age group, the other for the older. Many of the questions are identical, but not all. The pairs of questions, whilst age sensitive, are designed to capture the same information.

In order to review the questionnaire you must complete the consent form in all of three different ways:
  • Do not give consent. You will be taken to a thank you note.
  • Give consent, and set the age to say 10. This will take you to the younger version.
  • Give consent, and set the age to say 18. This will take you to the older version.
2 Please also check the side by side translations carefully, that the translated text has been correctly matched with the original.
This is especially important for the survey questions. Remember there are two versions of each question.
The two side by side presentations are different.
  • The original version is in the order produced by the tool used to input the translation. The items may not appear to be in any logical order.
  • The simplified version reorders the translation mostly into the order used in the questionnaire itself.
In the simplified version the two questionnaires are laid out together allowing you to review both age sensitised versions of the same question together.

Note: In the original side by side special attention should be given to text that is thus coloured.
In the simplified version you should look out for the word '#fuzzy'.
The colour and #fuzzy are flags used to indicate that the translation may be in doubt, however not everything that may be doubtful may have been flagged.
Most of the text has been translated by you, but in a small number of cases, Google translate has been used to provide missing words. In particular the list of countries has been obtained in this way. We do not expect you to check all of the countries, though it would be helpful to us if you did, as, if one is missing or incorrect, the respondants have an option to add others in answer to the question.

Comments and corrections please to me: Stuart by 1400GMT Saturday 19 10 2019. Thank you.

In case you are wondering about Kidscreen, it is not here as it is not part of this review. The texts have already been agreed.
